This is a four week plan is for people who are at least six weeks postpartum who have taken some time to reconnect to their core/pelvic floor with basic breath work and core strengthening exercises and who are feeling ready to increase their capacity and intensity.

 

This plan has a strength focus but can easily provide a cardiovascular workout by increasing speed, reps, and/or weight when appropriate.
